The Grimsby Museum was established in 1984 to serve the community as an integral part of its cultural life. The Museum is owned and operated by the Town of Grimsby.

The Grimsby Museum features two exhibition galleries which change frequently. We host travelling exhibitions and feature local history relating to Grimsby and the Niagara Region. Our artifact collection consists of 15,000 pieces of art, objects, textiles, archives, photographs and archaeological material. We also host a variety of special events, children’s programmes and workshops. We have a gift shop and a small picnic park facing the Niagara Escarpment.

There’s something for everyone at your Grimsby Museum! Stay in touch and discover something new.
