For decades, the Brock University Archives & Special Collections’ primary collection focus has been the people and history of Niagara.  It also houses some of the most unique, rare, and valuable collections in the Brock University Library.

The Archives & Special Collections’ Niagara Collection is comprised of both primary and secondary resources covering all aspects of life on the Niagara Peninsula from the earliest times to the present.  Information on most items in the Archives & Special Collections can be found by keyword searching in our catalogue Omni or our Digital Repository.

We recommend searching the Omni catalogue before arriving to identify materials you want to see during your visit.  Please contact us at to schedule an appointment before visiting as we often host classes and workshops wherein we are temporarily closed to the public.  We are located on the 10th floor of the Arthur Schmon Brock Tower.
